Products are allowed to be sold higher than MSRP, but no less.
Opening order minimum of $200 (not including the cost of shipping), reorder minimum of $100. Minimum product quantities will be noted on the wholesale catalogue per item. Payment is required in full before an order is processed.
Please send an email to with the products and quantities. You will then be sent an invoice for payment. Orders will not be put into production until payment is received in full.
All products are made to order and will not go into production until payment is received in full. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and eTransfers.
If you are interested in samples of products to try for yourself or sample products to use as testers, please contact us for pricing.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any additions or changes to orders must be sent within 2 days of receiving your invoice. Once payment is received, cancellations are not permitted.
For any custom orders, a minimum quantity of 6 per scent is required.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be put into production and shipped. If you need your order sooner, please email us.
Shipping costs will be estimated and included on your invoice; any overages will be refunded if the total exceeds $2.
All products are handmade, which means some products may not always look the same. Quality is always top-notch, but some batches may look different due to handmade production.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Due to the nature of body products, we do not accept returns or refunds. Please see DAMAGES.
Please inspect your order upon delivery If there is any damage, please contact us at within 7 days of shipment. You will be required to send photos and descriptions of any damages. No replacements will be accepted if it is held for more than 7 days after delivery. After reviewing your case, you will be notified of replacements.
